About Us
At Le Pas De Danse, we’re passionate about creating an encouraging and inclusive space where students of all ages can explore and grow through dance and the physical arts.
We are proud to be a certified ADTA (Acro Dance Teachers Association) studio. All of our current Acro instructors are ADTA registered. This progressive, safe, and effective syllabus offers examination opportunities and is exclusively available through Le Pas De Danse in Northwestern Manitoba.
With studios based in The Pas and Flin Flon, our regular dance seasons run from September to May and wrap up with exciting year-end performances.
We also offer arts camps and workshops throughout the year for all ages and experience levels.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to continue growing and bringing quality artistic training to more communities across Northern Manitoba.

At Le Pas De Danse, we offer a range of programs designed to support every stage of a dancer’s journey—from first steps to advanced performance. Whether you're looking for recreational fun, competitive training, or leadership development, there's a place for you in our dance family.

Ms. Patty-Jean
Director and Head Instructor
Patty-Jean St. Hilaire’s artistic journey spans over four decades in dance, music, and theatre. With more than 30 years of teaching experience, she brings depth, creativity, and heart to every class. Her foundational training began in ballet, theatre, and music as a child and continued through professional studies at the Winnipeg School of Contemporary Dancers (University of Winnipeg). She’s also completed advanced training through the Royal Winnipeg Ballet’s Summer Teacher Courses and the Granville Ferry Summer Professional Dance Program. Patty-Jean holds multiple teaching certifications, including Acrobatic Arts, Alixa Flexibility, Kindermusik, and the Acro Dance Teachers Association (ADTA). She is also the new Junior Division Coach for ADTA, training teachers internationally through online instruction. She is the founder of the iCreate Movement Method—a process-driven, healing-based approach to movement and expression. Many of her former students have gone on to pursue university dance programs, becoming successful performers and educators themselves. Patty-Jean is passionate about nurturing artists in all forms, believing deeply that “in some capacity, everyone possesses the soul of an artist, a dancer, a creator.”
